Hello Sedona, thank you very much, that was very useful! Unfortunately, I don't have a pole at home, so I cannot practice those exercises as often as I would like. However, I do cross fit and go very often to the gym, so I'd find even more useful to learn some exercises that I can do in the gym to strengthen the muscles involved in the shoulder mount. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much, Marta
