This last couple weeks I had a full thickness tear tendon on the rotator cuff surgery ; it’s so painful ;hopefully you show us a similar procedure video of my case , thank you !
I just had an ultrasound rt scan on my right shoulder, the nurse described exactly what you said in your video. I.e some tendrils dropping down from the rotator cuff tendon! Aggravating the bursa & area surrounding. I have had extremely bad time sleeping so was diagnosed amitriptyline to help sleep. Now i know the cause I'm hoping i can have this procedure
Dr. very good video I’d recommend it, I just had an MRI and it says mild to moderate rotor cup TENDINOPATHY.I wonder what that means is it a mild or moderate tear
I was just told today that I have bursitis that’s pretty extreme with edema you’d bursa sided fiber fraying. They said this heals its on. I have been having issues all of a sudden since before Christmas with ongoing pain. They gave me. Shot today for the inflammation and he said once that goes down the graying heals itself. This part confuses me. I didn’t think that they do?
How about a utility worker who depends on their shoulder strength to support their weight and work overhead while climbing poles and climbing in and out of manholes and attics ? I can’t really just keep injuring it over and over. I have 2 partial tears in my primary shoulder and one of them affects the inner bicep. It’s been injured probably 3 times over the last 5 years.
Good video on how they cleaned up the frayed tendon. Thought they would attach part of the torn tendon to the bone, so you would get at least some strength back. Will keep looking for the procedure I would like done.
I hurted my shoulder in the weight room and I didn't know I did until I went to a chiropractor he sent me to get an mri and it said partial thicknss tear and he stick me 3 times with a cortisone shot and it made my shoulder feel much better but I still need to strengthen the muscles around my should so can I go back into the weight room and start LIFTING weights again but slowly until it's strong again
But now you have a thiner tendon and therefor a weaker tenden that wil porbably be much more likely to tear again under pressure.... WTF... That is not fixing the problem... How will this tendon get strong again, say for example me, i live from my personal traning, which means i do alot of heavy lifting overhead,.. will i ever get to preform my job again?
i did a mri and i was told i have a partial thickness tear and i got a cortizone shot and my shoulder feels better but it stills make a cracking sound when i move it around and it gets annoying but how can i get rid of that sound
@@besmart2350 hello, Yes! I did get the surgery. But I got only like 50% better. Not what I expected but it is better than before. I blame it on the rehabilitation process, it was very awful.
