I tried facepulls this way today and they worked a treat! Much more stress on the rear delts at the top of the movement even with a light weight. Thanks, DLB!

I get so jealous whenever I see her arms lol she has definition in every muscle in her body that a human can possible have working some every once in awhile and I work things everyday for 2 years and don’t have even half the muscle she does and n her upper body 😒 love the video Dana I do DLB religiously and it kicks my ass everyday!

I literally have never seen a human being in general like her on my life! I follow a lot of fitness people but not to the extent that I do with Dana and none of them come close to even comparing to her! She makes Graves’ disease look nonexistent in my opinion
This is one of my favorite shoulder workouts! But I’ve been part of DLB for a long time. I love her workouts! I work hers in with mine. Love them! If you haven’t joined DLB, do it! It’s cheap, and all of her workouts are adaptable. So don’t think you aren’t ready for them!

25lbs? Your like a monster...after 20 years of body building you'd think you'd be repping way over 25lb dumbbells...the reason I stopped...pointless..you plateau and stop growing...
