i love these!!! as a DLB Daily member i usually do my workouts a day behind what you post and getting to see these videos prior to doing the work helps me know how to do the exercises and do them correctly!! Yeah!!! lol

Yesterday I did the monster arm workout posted a couple of years ago. I knew I was going to be sore right off the bat and I am. I’m 62 and due to menopause and hormone issues I don’t have muscles that you can see but I sure feel the soreness today. I’m looking for strength gains for powerlifting. I’m glad I tried the workout because it challenged me to work faster and harder. Eventually I will have some biceps to flex.

Cardio tips would be good.....my upper body is looking good but little too much fat for me in my lower. Not sure if I need to do more cardio and how often.....Help😩
Hi Dana, many time I wanted to buy legging from your site but I have to say that most of us do not have your body so bright colors are difficult to wear. I regret you do not have black, navy blue or dark grey. Thank you for your time and your videos.
Dana, on each exercise of a SS, do you perform all sets of one exercise then move to the second or do you alternate back and forth ? Excuse my ignorance.
I believe you would do one full set of each. So for instance bicep curl (one full set) then the tricep push down (one full set) then rest and repeat:) idk if that helped
