Larry is a great guy. Also, Larry is terrifying. Him shouting fuels new life into your soul. But you don't want to go too heavy with lifts and risk injury. God bless

Your looking great, get that Rhythm and Momentum going again Vladi. I just started rly getting serious at the gym and I think Larry is correct about hitting heavy compounds first. For shoulders I need to bring in more Upright cable rows and face pulls, they grew my shoulders and some trap hella back in the day. Love the cooking videos, keep those coming!!
The thing is, when you have any type of injury & your taking gear, it masks it. However, once you come off the gear the injury starts to surface & can pop up just from a minor movement of any kind.
Did you edit the video and improve the sound? Cause I 'm hearing dialogues much better compared to last time I watched, but maybe it's just my impression. Anyway, thank you for the enhanced version. i havent recovered completely yet. You just give it time, make sure you dont have inflammation or else (at the doctors). Then its the matter or time and rehabilitaiton. Stretching, mobility exercises, technically right workouts etc. You must do a rehab, rather than just quit and stop training
This is a great video with Larry wheels. But why did it take 4 months to bring to U tube? Collaborating is great and i enjoy watching you train , you have great character and are fun and hard working. Bring more utube videos like this not just shorts. It must be fun to do collaborations with others and get a work out in at the same time, makes for good videos. 👍🏻
