As a pinhead main, my opinion is that it feels nice, but i feel like it’s not necessary to curve over or around objects, at least not on controller. The real advantage comes when survivors try to dodge the chain

I thought listening to music/a podcast while playing was chill, but Otz explaining his build while glancing at chat WHILE playing is a whole different level of chill.

As of patch 7.0.0 (Singularity) Hoarder no longer interacts with "limited items" (first-aid spray, tapes, Lament Configuration, etc.) Also HE CAME HandsUp

As a pinhead main, wriggling maggots are definitely one of the add ons of all time

the yellow add on is a god send. When i first got Peenhead i made sure to always have more of it. Helps with the turning so much.

I love how after all these years, dbd can still amaze Otz such as the niche effectiveness of certain add-ons or recognizing when a survivor made a really good play.

The only other ADD-ON, not talking about perks, I pair the wriggling maggots with is the Impaling Wire. Since the the other purple Impaling Wire add-on spawns another possessed chain when a survivor breaks a possessed chain with the environment. I tried this out and if used correctly and at the right loop, you can spawn like almost 6-7, maybe 8 chains on to the survivor. This guarantees a free hit. But that is just my take with this add-on

Otz have you tried Hex: Face The Darkness on Nemesis? The screams ping survivors for the zombies and helps keep them on track a bit.

It'd be really interesting to run a bunch of custom games and try to come up with "the best 4 man swf build to counter THIS killer if you KNOW you're going up against them." Some stuff we can already imagine: Stuff like 'Fixated, Calm Spirit' for Pinhead, 'Calm Spirit' for Doctor, 'Sprint Burst' for Onryo, but what would best fit into those other perk slots for all 4 survivors?

I would use Add-Ons like this more, but I am TERRIFIED of getting to reliant of the difference because I don’t want to get to depended on that difference, I do this with perks too because if I can’t preform well with a certain Perk or Add-On It essentially removes one of my 2 Add-On Slots or 4 Perk slots

Otz what do you think of running wraith with the add on that make the wailing bell silent and and the terror radius and red stain hidden for 6 seconds after uncloaking you should try it. I get so many gen grabs with it.

I LOVE Pinhead. Hellraiser is one of my favorite Horror movies. As it was the very first Horror movies I saw as a kid at the age of 5! So I was SUPER excited when he was teased & revealed for DBD, however I felt really unsure if I was gonna like playing him due to his chain ability, specifically controlling it. I play on console and just could never feel comfortable seriously playing Killers like Billy, Nurse & Deathslinger due to how it feels to aim with a controller. Thankfully DBD content creators made aware that dropping the portal onto of Survivors allows for a chain to almost 100% hit, that one bit of info quickly alleviated my fears of playing Pinhead. As the early stuff people kept going for long hits or trick shots and the control looked AWFUL and made me go "if these ppl who play thousands of hours more than I, play better etc are having difficulty....what kind of trouble am I gonna have?" Thank Leviathan that Pinhead feels absolutely fantastic to play as 😭 As far as add-ons go, I just love using Larry's Remains and Torture Pillar as my main picks, Liquified Gore and Burning Candle if I'm out of the aforementioned Green add-ons.

I used to main pinhead and with the extra curve I could hit some insane shots

His addons are part of what makes pinhead so great. Very different addons and most of them are at least useable but most feel pretty good and unique. Makes for a lot of different builds and playstyles. Very fun and good killer

Initially I underestimated maggots (it is hard for me not to listen to your opinion), but over time came to a conclusion that for me that’s the best thing ever, probably. Chains feels much more responsive and thus my chain accuracy grows significantly when I need it to, awesome stuff

I feel like these add ons hurt me cause the curve is to much but granted I actually cannot play pinhead cause when I use his chains my power does an immediate 180 so my power is unusable and I’m not hitting the survivors

I still don't understand why Pinhead breaks his own chains. Artist can go through her crows, clown is not slow down by purple bottle. And so on, you get it. The only exception is Trapper (but yeah, he is outdated in every way so, not very surprising i guess). I would like a fix for that but i don't think they will change it

That Claudette STILL had her DS even after you hooked the Mikaela is crazy. Like, good that you went ahead and forced her to use it to remove it from the game, but IMO it should deactivate if you hook someone else.
