Mr john ripley also while he was owner he has stolen personal property from his tenants i used live there with a friend who got evicted during that time we was moving out and we had made a couple of trips moving stuff i come back mr ripley had stolen my 1977 caprice classic car with at least $10,000 worth of my stuff in the care til today we still have no found my car nor my stuff i believe he has it hidden on one if his property's.. I believe he should be responsible for my car and my stuff that he stoled i wish i can get it all back...

I know you not lying. Because same thing happened to my daughter while she was at work. Left her rent money there and came up missing . found out Mr. Ripley had key to come in when ever he wanted.

Did the address says Walzem in Far East Bexar county? What a shameful place to live! The problem is...... Moving a mobile home is expensive. $1,000 for single, $2,000 for double wide that have to come in two pieces. And, I hope that owner gets lot of bulldozers and dumpsters to sweep it up.
Now this really is the very definition of "trailer trash". I've seen some beautiful trailer parks, but his... wow... the people couldn't even keep their lots clean and decent looking. I understand many may not have the money to keep things looking up to date, but c'mon... It doesn't cost money to at least have things looking clean and organized.
Sounds like the new owner cant afford to help out. He probably has a lot of fines and taxes to pay and just look at all those junk piles he has to remove. I feel for these people but if you own the trailer then just move it to a new lot or find a new trailer on a different lot. Everyone has to deal with increases in living expenses, sounds like this family just doesnt want to leave because every where else is more expensive or its too expensive to move the trailer.... Which is why so many were just left and junked.
I use to live there it's Fatboy the clean Fatboy no cigarettes no drugs but I do hold the key to Ripples family to not bother you all any more believe me because let's just say God knows I got what the Ripples need God 🙏 bless stay up get clean of the drugs you all please life is so much easier clean
