Hey! Sorry I missed your comment! So I had a super flaky scalp and it would get very itchy easily, and it really stopped as I’ve used this shampoo. I’ve personally stopped reaching for other shampoos. And I generally love Korean and Japanese haircare more. I found that this Dr Ceuracle one started showing me results after about 5-6 uses. It’s also improved my hair quality a lot - so much that people (including my mum who is usually extra worried about my hair😅) have actually started complimenting the shine and volume more. Also because it’s less harsh my hairfall in the shower also reduced after a couple months. (This is purely my experience) I’d say pair it with a good conditioner (I literally recommend the reequil one to everyone) and hair serum to deal with the dry ends. As the WHOLE routine is what really made a difference.

Also an exfoliating shampoo is really good for really cleansing your scalp buildup. So if you do get this make sure to keep it on your head for a proper 2-3 minutes.

Hi! Before isotret my scalp was more oily so I was using this twice a week which is how often I wash my hair. But I think even once is good enough. My mum uses it once and that’s enough for her shorter finer hair. Now that my scalp is v dry and I don’t need to wash it as much I use it just occasionally

To be honest I still use this or the Wella Invigo shampoo from my oily scalp days. But for the dryness I found a light layer of Argan oil at the roots and in my scalp really helped! More than the shampoo changing. And I was thinking of trying the True Frog range next. Cause it seems really gentle
