Geoff is like a magical unicorn! He bounces around the octaves like a ping pong ball. The amazing thing is that he never sounds strained or forced. And even his deepest notes are words that you actually hear enunciated, not just noise. He's just got such a smooth tone throughout! Another great reaction you two! ❤
Did you catch his one man acappella group... He sings all the parts, harmonises with himself and knocks the bass right out of the park....the Beatles song "Blackbird"..... Your ears will thank you.
Highly recommend you both wear a headset... trust me... the bass, resonance, and other elements are so much richer over headphones unless you have a world class speaker system. imo
I don't think that's even his whole range. His full range, as far as can be heard from just his online songs, is C#1 - A5. If you haven't reacted to Carry On My Wayward Son, can you please do that one.
Actually theres a very brief B0 subharmonic in this one too! So with a range of B0-A5 hes exactly the same as Tim Foust. Although Geoff might actually go even higher, like to B5, but this has not yet been documented on video hah
Let me just say that I love it when you bring Emily into the mix. She cracks me up all the time and sounds just like the people I grew up with. Love you guys. Prayers and best wishes for you guys.
Brad I have a recommendation for someone to react to. His name is Sam Robson, he's an A Capella arranger and vocalist. Seriously man, You won't here any arrangements like it, the chords he uses are just insane. He's here on RU-vid. I would react to his arrangement of Out There from Hunchback of Notre Dam or I Have Nothing. You won't regret it, trust me
As you love bass singers so much I strongly recommend a video that I only discovered a few days ago. It is a meshup of Avi's Change on the Rise and Tim's Misty Muntains, sung by two brothers who happen to be both bass singers. It is friggin' awsome. I think you won't regret to check that one out (Channel name is Tomi P).
It's just as impressive, if not more so, when Dimash goes from high to low in "Passione". You haven't done that one yet. There's another thing he does in that song that defies description.
@@nightspicer Or Paul Mikhalyk with his roar-like voice, or Mikhail Zlatopolsky - lowest voice of XX century. Mihaly Szekely - one of the lowest opera voice, or Kurt Moll.
wow a year just passed, did not even remember this comment at all, anyway my range just slightly changed so update it's G-1 (12.24 Hz) up to E4 is my chest range, A2 to A5 is my falsetto range, A5 to A6 is my higher falsetto range, and A6 to A#8 (7458.63 Hz) is my flageolet range
