Watch the half beaks carefully. With age they may get ultra territorial. We imported some black half beaks back in 2009. It was all good until about 2 months into the quarantine. From 150 only one was left - they killed each other in the span of about 2 weeks. Not sure if other half beaks are the same way but watch them. Any congo tetra is an exceptional buy when young - hardy and grow super fast. In 2 months a juvenile is just about fully grown and has stunning colors. Well worth the money.

I have fully mature black ruby barbs in my 55 gallon and they are absolutely stunning. Underrated and awesome barbs, super peaceful, NO problems with fin nipping ever.

When describes the goby’s all I could think of is “easy, breezy, beautiful, cover girl” 😂

The black paradise are my favorite, as the colors are gorgeous and they are great with other fish species.

I normally try to source through my local stores for common fish, so I appreciate the effort in curating some no-so-common fish here at your online shop to create a contrast. The gobies in particular always look really nice and if I had the tank space I would definitely order some from dansfish.

Thanks for the tour! Very enjoyable video. I would love those glass head-standers, if only I had a tank. I have a 55g full of Japan Blue Gold Double Sword Guppies from summer tubbing that I don't know what to do with. "Do tubbing, it will be fun" they said.

Koi Swordtails delicate? I started with 6 this summer and now I have at least 60. Not only that, they're out competing my goldfish. Starving them out in a huge horde pack!

Hi Dan, great video! can I ask for some information about feeding the pipefish fry? I have a breeding couple who keep spawning, but I'm having trouble feeding the fry, it seems like live baby brine shrimp are too big for them.. . Thanks!

Dan, I ordered some of the gold backed yellow shrimp and long finned white clouds. I was astonished at your incredible packing quality. Just wanted your other viewers to know just in case they haven't ordered from you before. Every fish was double bagged individually in super tough heat sealed bags. The heat pack you used was still nice and warm even three days after I unpacked the box. Best packed fish ever. I have one question. I've had them over a week now. The shrimp are in a 10 gallon cycled tank by themselves with wood, java moss and guppy grass. 72 degrees. They just don't seem to move around as vigorously as our other neocaridinas, and they don't do much foraging. Most of the time they are just sitting on or in the plants. Any suggestions? Should I order some shrimp lollies ? I have been feeding Hikari shrimp food.

Great video as always, Dan! Love seeing all those dwarf chain loaches!!! And those gobies! Wow 😮 with my 75 gallon tank, can I mix dwarf chain loaches with Pygmy corys? And what about the gobies? I know we talked via email, and you suggested the lipstick goby. Are there any of the stiphodones that might work? I do have Eco-Complete so no to sand to play in. And do those stiphodones eat anything besides algae? I like the idea of a group. So in my 75, I have around 25 green neon tetras, 10-15 chili rasboras, approximately 10 Pygmy corys , and finally 5 male threadfin Rainbowfish. I know I need females, that’s just what I was sent. Do you think a group of maybe 12 dwarf chain loaches would work? Or a group of gobies? It would be so cool to get your opinion! Thanks again, I love seeing these new fish, 💫💫💫
