My favorite thing about Johnny is he owned up to his mistakes and had a heart of gold! Say what you want about him and his past but this man was a CHAMPION! Albuquerque’s Champion!
You know who those thumbs down come from. Same people that want Mexicans arrested and transported over the border. Fucked up thing is there are Mexicans that vote for these same racist cock suckers.
blackelk7373 Well, in states like New Mexico and Texas, those "Mexican" families have lived in those lands before it became the U.S. and never had to hop a border, the border came to them. They are as American as cherry pie and have been in this country probably longer than some white Americans.
warrkrymez You are preaching to the choir. Im American Indian, and Mexicans are just Indians from a different part of the country. When you say probably longer, thats false. Mexicans and Indians were here for thousands of years before anyone showed up. Its fact. Everyone else are just immigrants. Once you understand these facts it is easy to see how fucking stupid it is to be a white republican yelling send the mexicans home. Thats where the Democrats and Republicans differ. Democrats would see "immigrants" given their rights and become Americans if they want to. Republicans really want them rounded up in busses and shipped back across the border. Fucked up thing is there are some Mexicans that vote republican hahahahahahahahahahahah Just to be different than blacks hahahahahahah how stupid can you be.
blackelk7373 I'm glad you see Mexicans in the same light as Native Americans, recent movies about Indians always try to show that they don't get along with Mexicans.
He loved everyone while he was still here with us on earth He loved kids and everyone around him He has nothing bout love He was the best and yeah only God lets the best in heaven
The same way you explain someone you love are believe is in heaven are the promise land are in a good place and at peace after this world we're in now everyone has there perception of heaven are the afterlife regardless of what anyone believes nobody will know until we get there but if you have some belief in a creator then you believe he created all of us and in that regard he's part of us he's like our Dad or Mom regardless of what religion what he is what he's from he has to love us and want the best for us and regardless of the circumstances nobody sure all you could go with is what's in your heart so how could you have anything in your heart that knocks anybody's race religion place of origins any circumstance they're in only if you should be that you want them love them and are trying to help them in the right direction and have all the patience in the world and would act like Jesus the way he did with prostitutes thieves homeless and help them just like him after all he was sent here so we could see how God would live as a man and how we should act if God could forgive everybody sin then why can't you or me are anybody else where all of the same origins and it's common sense to see that it's not our fault for whatever we're born into race religion or whatever is after God's creation hopefully we all learn find God and make peace with ourself and get to repent sometimes some only make it a second into their life and then join the afterlife without getting a chance of any choice of their own just because they didn't know about what God is or believe as you or me not have a place in heaven or in a peaceful state whatever is after this I don't think so respect all love all help everyone knock nobody try to live positive so we could find heaven on Earth so we can get right our soul within to know God and find understanding with our connection with God and with our spirituality and our connection
Which I mean spread love help all and none of us have the right to knock anybody no matter who our God is for sure he don't want you to knock anybody else or hurt any of his children because we're all his children and less you are whoever has no belief in God are anything higher and understand larger and it's bigger than this world cuz if not then that's a whole different situation and I pray for them and hope they realize the feeling of the connections we get from the energies that are deep a lot deeper than this and connect us with much more and we get understanding from just by our feelings and paying attention to the vibrations and how things happen and realize of a bigger reason and a bigger picture than what we call Earth in this world is bigger than we could only imagine and even though it's unknown it's there and we need to try to connect with it as best as we could and listen to that feeling we have inside that tells us when we're right or wrong and trust it follow it have faith in it and never go against it cuz that's a light and he'll lead you to the right path guarantee God bless all peace to everyone love you guys 🌌💯💞🦅🌄🫶💪🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼🌠🧩🧩🧩⚖️👑💎🧬🔬🔭🧰🔩🪛🔧🔨⛓️⚙️🔩📝📖⏳⌛📅📆🗓️⏰🔮🔎⚰️🪦⚔️🗡️🛡️🔑🔓❤️❓🛐✝️❗♻️☮️☯️☦️✡️🕎☪️🕉️♾️❗🎼🎵🎶🆙🆗🆓☮️♾️🌎🌻🍀🤷🏽♂️🤞🏼🙏🏼💪🏼🏋🏽♀️🫶🧠🫀👣🗣️❤️🔥. ✝️☮️☯️🌎👨❤️💋👨💞🍑🍎🍒🍓🍍🍌🍏🍐🥝🍇🥥 ✝️💡🔦🕯️💡🦯🕶️🏃🏻🏃🏻👀🧠🫀🙏🏼🧠👀🪖✝️♾️✝️🛐🔍📖 🏴☠️🚩🏁🚫❌❌👤🖤💨💨🤖🧌🧟🦹🐍🐁🕸️🕷️🦂🦟🪳🕸️🚫❗❌🔥🪤🍫🍩🍻💊💉🤡🥸🕳️ ✂️🔒🧱🛡️🔥👹🔥🛡️🧱🔒🫙🧊🍽️🛢️⚗️🧪🕚⌛🗓️⏳📆💣🪤

Having watched his fights for the 1st time, I could say he5s now my favorite. But it was too late for me to get to know him. So sad. He's a great fighter and so tough. A kind fighter, too with a very bitter past.
Never boxed, not Mexican, not American, never been to New Mexico, I'm Irish and Canadian from Alberta and Johnny Tapia has been my idol since was a kid
RIP Champ. I hope your with your mother now and you can kiss her lips for real. I pray the next life brings you eternal love and happiness, you will be missed.
Una historia increible , imposible q no te saque una lagrima !! Lo q sufro jhony Dios te proteja !! Un tipo con ina sensibilidad y humildad impresionantes !! El solo no queria sufrir mas y morir !!
I used to watch all this guys fights with my dad who passed away and two brothers whom I don't talk to anymore for many years. I would give anything to go back and be with them again to watch the fights because there was love there.
Years before he became famous, he had won a few big fights and was on his way up. I ran into him in a restaurant. I recognized him but couldn't remember his name. Instead of being a jerk or pissed, he shook my hand and said 'Johnny ...Johnny Tapia'. He was gracious and kind and as I followed his career...his life and ultimately his death, that always stuck with me. How he could have been a d-bag but instead he was humble, thankful and a decent person. RIP champ.
Had the honor of knowing Johnny Tapia as a kid during our boxing days. Spent several days at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado in the early 1980s. He was a genuine person. RIP Johnny.
Tapia was a real badass! Such a fascinating but sad life. I have so much respect for him since I randomly came across his story maybe 10 years ago now. Rest in peace Johnny, you will never be forgotten by me.
We won't see the likes of Johnny ever again! I Hope you got to hug your Mom on the other side Champ . Johnny walked the walk and talked the talk like nobody we've ever seen. You were the Best Johnny!!!
Albuquerque's pride and joy johnny tapia. He was so real you could see him at the store. My father and uncle's knew him personally he was just THAT guy.

Johnny "Mi Vida Loca" Tapia.
