Nope that is not Russian accent. I do know because I have worked with Russian colleagues they have horrible way of speaking English. Whereas whatever Shraddha told in Russian accent is not at all in Russian accent.

Yeah but ट and ड never change, which makes them sound ridiculous to other English speakers. English T and D aren't supposed to be retroflex. No language in the world has retroflex stops only, the languages that have them (like Indian languages) contrast them with dental stops (त, द). That's the reason why everyone makes fun of Indian English accents.

But those who know Russian cannot distinguish it from a foreigner living in the country. But with what it will be so with everyone. Take an American who does not know Chinese.
