Shredders is Sick - Shredders 

Hands down Shredders is one of the best Snowboarding Games around with a focus for more Realism than Arcade-style play. It certainly does take some practice to get the feel for the Controls, but once you understand your Rotations, and how to prepare your landings [and actually land] then it can be a very rewarding and fun experience.
