Eight Shredders will enter and only one will be left standing and named this season’s Shredder of Metal Champion. Each episode features a one versus one guitar duel with the winner moving on, until the final episode crowns the season’s champion.

Great one here dude, you both really played well together like you've been in a band for years... they almost fixed the audio for this finale without making everyone sound bad through the unknown backstage, dryass noise gated amp! ...and now you'll have an amp to blast the neighbors finally! I know you normally play & record while sitting, was this awkward for you or have you been in bands or practice standing sometimes??

I agree! I can't understand how everyone is saying how it sounded good??? It sounded like complete shit. Not because of his playing but his tone was garbage. No sustain whatsoever. Sounded awful.

Adam’s bends and vibrato actually made sense, whereas Nick’s didn’t. I would have chosen Adam.

I have said it before and I will say it again; this is a the best damn series on the internet. I would really enjoy seeing this more than once a year if possible. This time around I really liked the format changes. I also appreciate how you did not sanitize the players little mistakes. It was just honest competition of amateur guitar players giving it their all. Such a great series. A big thanks to all the Bangers for bringing this around. You have done the metal gods proud. 5 out or 5 smoking amplifiers!

I think Shredders Of Metal is the most brilliant idea Banger TV or any other RU-vid channel has done. Last season however seemed a little more thought out with more skits and different and unique challenges and the audience was more connected to the guitarists somehow. This season went with a more raw and simple approach which is alright but if they’re gonna go that route let’s get more of Shredders Of Metal throughout the year perhaps.

I'm afraid this is where Adam's limits really showed. Nik has way more in his arsenal and understands the changes and tempo shifts to absolute perfection! Despite his usual humble attitude 👌🤘

I play guitar, have for about sixteen years lol I said I understand the judges perspectives but on a personal note and feeling I felt that Adam was better because like Sam it’s one of my favorite styles. Although Nik did have more dimension he could still use practice to play flawlessly. I think they are both amazing musicians, so please don’t misconstrue what I’m expressing.

mae_ _mumbles i didn’t, and i wasn’t implying you didn’t play guitar because i didn’t know. It was my opinion, and i do believe adam played very clean and precise. I was just stating that for me it was a 50/50 because both aspects of what i described are important in a competition like this.

Adam seems like such a nice and humble dude. Seeing his "oh SHIT" face any time Nik played was cool, that dude is so genuine. I genuinely had a hard time picking which of the two I thought should have won

IMO Adam deserved it more. His playing fit the backing track a lot better, even though his phrasing and note choice was more 80's and the judges didn't appreciate it, he had some real standout moments and he was very solid. He started off very strong and got a bit repetitive towards the end but he still should've taken it. Nik is a great young player, unique ideas and a whole lot of potential, but in this particular round he was limited by his more modern approach and his licks did not fit very well.

i think nik had better occasional licks, but adams solos were more fluid. i wish they would have played more melodies or melodic lines though

Adam showed very metal feel, like what we expected from a shredder while Nik showed very innovative feel but really needs to work on cleaner expressions most especially 3rd position licks, but if you would dissect their performance, you can tell that Nik really put wonderful ideas on the table. The judges were awesome!
