He has good mannerisms and dialogue delivery. He needs to take antidepressants. kindly see a psychiatrist. nothing wrong. you will feel better. Antidepressants if you take daily, the happy harmones and neurotrasmitters will be maintained int he brain which will make you better. so please take it.

ఏదో ఒక దానికి ఇద్దరూ అడ్జస్ట్ అయిపోయి సాగించేదే జీవితం. మీరు ఇట్లా ప్రతి దానికి, నాకు ఇట్లా వుండాలి, అని కూర్చుంటే వున్న జీవితం కూడా అయిపోయి, 60 వస్తాయి. తర్వాత 70 కూడా వస్తాయి. చివరికి, R. నారాయణ మూర్తి గారి లాగా అయిపోతారు. ఆయన మీలా కాకుండా. ఏదైనా మనం రిసీవింగ్ చేసుకున్న దాన్ని బట్టి ఉంటుంది. ఏ విషయాన్ని ఎలా తీసుకుంటున్నాం అనే దాన్ని బట్టి ఉంటుంది. ఏది సీరియస్ గా తీసుకుంటాం , ఏది సింపుల్ గా తీసుకుంటాం అనే దాన్ని బట్టి మన మానసిక స్థితి ఉంటుంది. సింపుల్ లాజిక్ చెప్పాలి అంటే, ఒక్కసారి డిప్రెషన్ నుండి అది ఎందుకలా అని thought వచ్చి బయటికి వస్తే మళ్ళీ డిప్రెషన్ రమ్మన్నా రాదు అది ఓ సీక్రెట్..... But ఏది ఫేస్ చేసినా అప్పుడే దాన్ని ఎలా ఫేస్ చేయాలో ఆలోచిస్తే ఐపోతుంది. ఎక్కడో ప్రకృతి లో అడవిలో, నేచర్ లో ఉండడం కేవలం ఆ greenary లో కొంత peace and happiness దొరుకుతుంది కానీ మొత్తం loneliness తో ఉండద్దు. ఒంటరితనం మనిషి ని ఇంకా కుంగ దీస్తుంది. అలాంటప్పుడు మన అనుకున్న వాళ్ళు , ఫ్యామిలీ తో గడపాలి. మొత్తం పోయి మైండ్ ఫ్రీ అవుతుంది. ఎప్పుడూ మైండ్ కి ఏదో పని చెప్పాలి. Empty mind is a Devils workshop ...... అలా ఖాళీగా వదలొద్దు, నచ్చిన వారితో మాత్రమే ఏకాంతాన్ని కోరుకోవాలి. Rest of the time to be with family and friends..... ఒకరి తో relationship కోరుకుంటే వాళ్ళు చేసే చిన్న లేదా ఇంకేదైనా mistakes ఉంటే ఇలా వద్దు అని చెప్పి చూస్తాం , కోప్పడం.....మనకి నచ్చిన వాటిని వదులుకోము కదా, వాళ్ల నుండి అప్రోచ్ ఎలా ఉంటుందో మనకి తెలియదు కదా! కానీ అలా మన ఫ్యామిలీ మెంబర్స్ ను ఎన్నో సార్లు అలా రిపీట్ అవకుండా ఉండమని చెప్తాం. ఎవరు ఏంటి అని తెలుసుకోవడం పెద్ద విషయం కాదు, కానీ అది తెలీకుండా ఉండదు. Fears , Miss understandings ఉండొద్దు.అలా భయాలను దాటుకోవాలి. ఇచ్చిన చనువు ను బెటర్ గా వాడి క్లోజ్ అవ్వాలి. ఇంట్లో జనరల్ గా అయ్యే గొడవల్లో 90% బయటి విషయాలకు సంబంధించిన వే అయి ఉంటాయి. Person గురించి అయ్యేవి చాలా rare, అది అర్దం చేసుకునే వాళ్ళు ఉన్నపుడు ఆ లొల్లి కూడా ఉండదు. కానీ అందుకే girl's relationship లో వెతికే ముందు approach అయ్యే దాన్ని బట్టి ఉంటుంది. ఎంత ఇంట్రెస్ట్ చూపినా అలా అనవసర భయం ఉంటే meditate చేయాలి. ఒక క్లియర్ picture వస్తుంది. Our own soul మనతో మనం మాట్లాడుతం. అది అలవాటు అవ్వాలి అనుకుంటే కొన్ని రోజులు ఏదైనా చదివేటపుడు బయటికి ఎలా చదువుతామో, మాట్లాడుతామో..... అలా బయటికి మాట్లాడితే మీతో మీరు టచ్ లో ఉన్నట్టు.అపుడు depression అస్సలు రాదు. Mind management లో ఇది ఒక చిన్న బేసిక్ విషయం. ఏదైనా unanswered question ఉంటే మన మనసులో మధనపడుతూ ఉంటే అది ఓ రంధి లా తయారు అవుతుంది. అప్పుడే దానికి justification లా ఏదో ఒక answer మనసులో లేదా బయటికి అనుకుంటే అది అప్పటికి ఒక answer అవుతుంది. ఇంక బాధ పడడం ఉండదు. ఒక answer fix అవుతాం కాబట్టి. ఏదో ఒక justification కి రావాలి, మైండ్ లో ఒకటే ఆలోచిస్తూ ఉంటే మెమరీ పవర్ తగ్గుతుంది. Head మీద వెంట్రుకలు am sorry నువ్వు ఎక్కువ ఆలోచిస్తున్నావ్ నేను పోతున్నా అని జుట్టు ఖాళీ చేసి నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేయొచ్చు.....be careful Learn it brother....!

Depression , loneliness ...ఇలాంటి ఆలోచనలు పక్కన పడేసి 5,6 ఏళ్ళ పిల్లలని తెచ్చుకుని పెంచుకోమనండి. వాళ్ళకీ వీళ్ళకీ అప్పనంగా పెట్టే ఖర్చుని ఆ పిల్లల మీద పెట్టి వాళ్ళ ఆలనా పాలనా చూస్కుంటూ loneliness దూరం చేస్కోవచ్చు
