I believe you can recycle the sacred destruction from the waste, so you don't necessarily need all 3

Correct, just need to cast it 3 times from any source so it can be from a recycled source. But generally speaking, it's not the easiest task to recycle it and especially not in the rookie queue! But good to point it out tho!
