@@DiamondDev45 yeah I feel Scott or joey would be the ones to reference him but I don't think it'll be a continuation of previous storylines. I think fwhip mentioned that in the s2 announcement video on his 2nd channel but not sure on that and pix has said on a stream he doesn't see the same thing happening again, but even then I'd love to see xornoth in some form. Like in a human form, almost like a different timeline

I absolutely love this series! I also really liked how Shelby kept tripping up on saying Corrupt and Xoronth. I think it was intentional, but it was funny!

I love that her character has essentially traveled from the Empires universe to this one. I need theories as to whether ot not afterlife and empires are the same universe or not. Please everyone give me your opinions.

They could be connected, especially since Gem also used her wizard skin for when she was an illusioner and Scott’s buildings look similar to his empire builds

i think it’s a multiverse thing, like empires is a separate world. sausage also had his whole thing with pearl, and Scott’s builds looked very Rivendell-esque. gem also became wizard gem at one point, and sausages empires series definitely confirmed the multiverse theory, so that’s my opinion!!

I agree with a lot of this, I feel like it’s a different universe but the characters are connected in some way- Like Shurb brought Xornoth to the server and many members have brought up Xornoth in their videos. I think they traveled from their world to this one in a attempt at saving their universe you know- empires is not doing to great- People like Shubble, Katherine, and Gem seem like they know more then the others considering Shubble = Truffle origin Katherine = Floran Origin GeminiTay = Illusioner Origin -Jimmy, Sausage, and Shurb(might be missing some) have all brought up Xornoth Obviously everything I’m saying is less of what I think the you tubers themeselves are getting at and more my head canon/interpretation of Afterlife SMP

Empires Season 1 skins I noticed on this series so far. Gem: she wore her skin from Empires when she was a wizard on one of her lives. Shubble/Shelby: wears her skin from Empires when she was a dwarf and had a mushroom kingdom. This has to be a sign of Season 2!

All the hints ive collected Shubble: Her skin in this episode plus (any of her twich watchers plz comfirm) my fren said she heard her say it would come out in june or july Fwhip: ended his episode with the empires logo Gem: used her wizard gem skin Sausage: ascended to the heavens lol (was with pearl who was in empires)

I'm excited for this new origin and a slight connection to the stories, I'm glad not *everyone* is just trying to speedrun and finish it all within this week or next week, fingers cross Shelby doesn't just randomly drop all her lives in one go for whatever reason. I think an ending where you don't necessarily die and just leave peacefully like Sausage would be really fun
