I started working on this routine in 2001 with my ShiFu Master John Wang @johnswang This is to accompany a much larger form that I have yet to post or video. These two forms are to accompany Chang Shi Taijiquan This routine has changed several times in the last two plus decades you can see some video on my RU-vid channel from 10 years ago of parts of this routine. It use to be 48 steps. This routine can be done slow, fast or varied . This is a fundamental example of the routine I hope some will see how much of a challenge this form can be when putting in your full effort,
