Piyush Ranjan, the founder of Management Masters, interviews Shubham Tuteja, an admit to the ISB PGP class of 2023.
Indian School of Business (ISB) is one of the best Business schools in India, consistently ranking among the Top MBA programs worldwide. The PGP program at ISB brings together a cohort of ~900 candidates each year, with an average work experience of 4-5 years.
Shubham came from a small town in Haryana (Panipat) and completed his undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT BHU. He was working at Citibank in a technical role, driving business decisions by providing data-driven insights.
Shubham reached out to us very close to the application deadline, seeking help with his essays. As we worked together, we helped him identify his story better, which allowed him to bring out his authentic self in his applications.
Introspecting his motivations for the MBA, Shubham was able to present a strong candidature in front of the ISB admissions committee, which eventually resulted in him receiving an admit from the school.
