This is like looking back in time holy cow, I was obsessed with these dudes in middle school. These days these guys would get dumped on and called cringe if shuffling came out now, super underground.
He completely missed out the point that when you bring your foot up you shuffle your other foot back. The whole point is doing 2 things at once with your feet.
Wow, these guys are so awesome. Seriously I understood the way they taught it better than any other tutorial I've seen.. I like how humble they are too, they don't act cocky and aren't afraid to look a little silly. lol
I just think that they are so bad ass for doing this for their fans!!! We love you, guys!!! If I am ever having a bad day, or really upset, all I have to do is watch your videos and I feel all better!!! Me and my friends are forming a flash mob here in San Antonio to Party Rock our asses off in January! I can't wait!!!
I'm going to be honest. I used to really enjoy shuffling for years before you guys released Party Rock several years ago. After that, the term "shuffling" became synonymous with the stuff on this video in lieu of any real shuffling. So I stopped altogether. I might get back into it if I ever move to Australia, but who the hell knows how old I'll be by then.
My parents are gone and i played Party rock anthem and shuffled through the whole house hahaha i shuffle everywhere now!!! :) thanks for the tutorial!!!!
Thanks for the shuffle tutorial. I am a non-dancer so this was very helpful because you explain it in simple term. If you have time to post other dance move I would greatly appreciate it.
i dont really understand why people have to compete with each other, too much compressed anger and energy or is it the same primal animalistic self destructive nature that so frantically are trying to suppress ... i like to research my stuff before i open my freaking hole so... lmfao shuffling was the evolution of charleston and melb. shuffling was the evolution of lmfao shuf. someone to be able to do the melb shuf needs to learn the basic steps of lmfao shuf. and thats what these guys are teaching to the fans ...the basic steps. stop caring too much what is better and just do what u enjoy the most...simple as that...have fun dancing
I know how to shuffle, RedFoo and SkyBlu know how to shuffle, they just suck at teaching and making it simple, so you cannot state that they do not know how to shuffle, watch park rock anthem, and you’ll see.

I totally agree! They are doing just the basic steps for shuffling but they are doing it so well!! Everybody can do crazy shuffling but if it is not matching the music, then it's really just a bunch of crazy foot works and not a dance.

+Pavel K This was for beginners, a lot of them there were having a hard time with running man. Spins and kicks would have just confused everyone and blew their minds out the back of their nose. As soon as he started shuffling for real the one girl started clapping because it was too awesome for them. XD
Its really great that they are teaching , But the camera dude ever heard of a tripod ? Moving the camera so much it gives you motion sickness. Instead of being involved in the line up why didn't the camera guy Just SIT DOWN and film.. , It's like Blair witch camera action running through the woods..
OH my god they are literally SO FUCKING BAD AT IT. I have no idea how someone fucks up a running man, do NOT listen to a thing he says, it is ALL incorrect for Malaysian, Melbourne, and California shuffle styles.
The original shuffling dance was invented in the late 80's to early 90's during the rave seen. This is a more simplified, no effort, shuffle that people get very confused with when they see the original shuffling.
well everybody has his own style of shuffle and I don't have any problems with that, but lmfao shouldn't have done that, because since they made their style public melbourne shuffle slowly disappeared. As I said i don't want to hate but with party rock anthem they ruined so much fun that other people had on melbourne shuffle.
SocietriX learn from the dinosaurs. Evolve or die out. You didnt really think your style could remain unchanged for decades and still be the "it" thing, did you. lmfao, no pun intended. But dont worry you pointy little head, the major facets of Melbourne have been incorporated into newer styles.

People need to realize this isn't hardcore shuffling. They made the song and dance using the most basic steps of shuffling. Key words being "MOST BASIC" and put a little spin on it so people can actually dance to it without having to do a lot of practice.
I wish I was there so I could just pretend like I didn't know how to shuffle. After they went through all the "steps", just be all like "Oh so like this?" And just bust out shuffling the real way, the hard way.
I'm trying to dance shuffle hahahaha. Redfoo's not bad teaching shuffle, he's a good teacher of dancing hahaha. I'll go to teach the shuffle to my friends 😊😃😂
