A mouthwatering dry fish recipe. Ideal with steamed rice. This simple recipe is very easy to make and uses only a few ingredients. The only difficulty may be is to bear the smell of the dry fish in the beginning. I, being not a "bangal", initially was very apprehensive of this recipe. But my mother-in-law taught me how to make this and since then i have cooked this every alternate month may be.
This is the very same recipe that my mother-in-law showed me, and to me this one is the best Shuntki recipe.
