Rugby League Pre Season Training drills.
This is a drill to work on Anaerobic Capacity, Muscle endurance and core balance specific to Rugby League. This is a High Intensity Drill. Increase sets as players fitness develops. 30 seconds runing, 30 seconds wrestle.
Modify by continuing the wrestle on ground until time is up. The person pinned must fight to get off his back replicating the need to get up to play the ball.
