Fullbody workout: you can do 2 to 3 rounds 💪🏻
(5 minute warmup)
Sumo squat to chest press - 3 x 12 reps
Prisoner cross body squat - 30 secs or 1 minute
Reverse lunge to hammer curls - 3 x 12 reps
Squat hold w/ alternating back rows - 3 x 12 reps
Up and down plank - 45 seconds (you can also do a normal plank if that's easier for you)
Body weight burpees - 25 seconds ( or do less time and work your way up nest time)
