@@realMNorganic Sir there is no Plans of Mega Dam on the Chinese side. Most probably they are going to bore a tunnel bored through one of the mountains along the Yarlong Tsungpo (siang/brahmaputra) river. This tunnel is going to use the Massive elevation drop of the river in just few kilometres. Basically they are going to use the blessing of Nature instead of fighting against it. Building massive Dams near the border is not possible for China. This is going to be Human Civilisation feat if they succeed. Please go read international Articles by world experts.
