Ginseng is an adaptogen, so if you have excess cortisol it will help lower it. If you have a cortisol deficiency it will help you produce some to have energy. Holy Basil however, is known to bring down cortisol in the case someone has excess (anxiety).
@@dnkalmighty136 when I ate the korean Red ginseng my body was over heating. Not sure why but it's not for everyone, while many claimed it did wonders for them.
Ok ..all the information said here about Siberian ginseng is known for many ppl but the constant problem just like multiple useful healthy herbs you can not find a real true brand ..the market is full of fake brands that are expensive n without real results ..so I would say that this video just like many other marketeer on you tube just wanna push his company brand to the viewers....I’m a big a fan of this kind of adaptogenic herbs but the real soberian ginseng doesn’t exist in the market...I have been doing research about lot of herbs ..many of them are just a rip off ..sorry about that ;(..no offense..;(..

Panax Ginseng is nr 1, works in all humans and reliably! But it's better when you try the other ones too. One of them might fit better than P. Ginseng "for you" (and your special case)
