I wanted to be here and say how excited I am for finding this channel ! Romania is the best series you got on here but this week I will do a marathon and check out your adventure in Serbia !

This is bitter sweet, I absolutely loved your Romanian tour! But all good things must end. If you guys do return to Romania, I do have a private mountain house in the Apuseni Mountains, in between Oradea and Cluj. It was built by my father(a engineer) who passed away recently. I live in nyc and my sister in L.A. It wouldn't cost you anything. It's 2 story, 3 bathrooms, outside brick pizza/bread oven, stone barbecue, a cellar, etc. So if you go to Oradea, you could also explore the Mountains from there.

I think for my next trip you have persuaded me to go into Romania this time. I can see a visit to Bran and Peles castles and yes Sibiu looks quite stunning. Georgina would also be a great visual distraction! What a superb country and the food and beer look very reasonable in price. Do I rent a car as well…. Hmmm brilliant videos and yes a visit is needed I think.

I agree with you, Sibiu is very special. Before you mentioned the cameras, that was my exact same thought. Also the snow capped mountains in the background add more charm along with your Hobbit house. We visited a family in Spain with an entire house they had dug out of the side of a hill. Also glad you FINALLY found a beer. I think Vlad and Georgiana are treasures! Great series.

Now the "poor" Romania is even better than my country Italy , very confortable country .

In Romania there is a group of Transylvanian towns with great developments such as Oradea-Cluj Napoca-Sibiu-Brasov-Alba Iulia. Some also enjoy very small Sighisoara. Timisoara is also impressive architecturally and an IT hub, but there's a lot to do there as infrastructure. The others are almost entirely fixed, way over the level of many other Eastern towns. I also like Bucharest a lot, but Constanta and Iasi as well (in South East and East). Romania has a group of about 10 really interesting towns. At least. Plus the countryside... Comes top 5 in Europe for me alongside France!

Above all you are great guys! Let me say Sibiu is neither geographically nor culturally in the Balkans. This beautiful Saxon city is on the edge of central Europe. Brasov is the same. Bucharest is in Southeast Europe. Geographically you left the Balkan Peninsula when you crossed the Danube from Bulgaria.

Danube Delta, Monasteries in Moldova, Bukovina, Oradea, TransAlpina and Transfagarasan roads, Cazanele Dunarii where you can see the rock sculpture of Decebal, Maramures county, the Merry Cemetery etc etc. still so much to see guys :)

when in Sibiu try SB beer, it's local! they don't have it at Rabbit Hole :( I've just returned home from that place. But a lot of other places have it.

Try Maramureș and Mocănița!! Try sea beach (Mamaia) or better....Delta Dunării ( is a place unic in the world!), Cluj etc

I like your videos, great energy! Waiting to see more of it. One small detail there, it's not part of the Balkans. Geographically speaking it's not, only the south of Romania is part of the Balkans, and culturally (architecture, soe of the cuisine etc) isn't either, the whole Transylvania region is influenced by hungarians, saxons, Austro-Hungarians empire and all that until 1918 when Transylvania joined Romania. Although romanians share a lot of common things all over the country (some cuisine, some customs), you might have noticed the south of Romania has other architecture style, neo-romanian is basically byzantine and a lot of other things you don't find in Transylvania and the other way around. The eyes you see are basically present in all cities you visited so far in Transylvania that have saxon's influence, like Brasov, Sibiu, Sighisoara, Medias and others (Siebenburgen - 7 original castles, now cities). More noticeable in Sibiu but if you look for those you will find them in all the other towns. Back then when there was no refrigeration they stored the meat in the rooms under those roofs and they wanted as little light as possible but also needed a way to get fresh air from time to time. So this was the solution. Have a great trip!

Hello my dear, you have a wonderful experience but something is missing from your video...A few hours of walking & feeling the energy of Romanian tradition from the most beautiful living open air museum, ASTRA Museum from Dumbrava Forest (4,5 km from the center of Sibiu. You would be amazed...but, I suppose it's not a tragedy...You have to come back 😎🤗 and see it with your own eyes!
