Yes indeed I’m from down here but I love California too. Yeah that New Orleans has an extremely unique culture and history and when understood you will understand why it is the way it is. I hope it changes one day because it is a great city with good people it’s just the culture if you even want to call it that is completely rotten!
I visited Oakland for a week I had the same feeling like I was in New Orleans besides the weather this was like 2008 or 9. I wish New Orleans had Oakland weather
@@mikejeff8402 That’s why California is so popular it has some of the best weather in this area of the world. I tell all my family members from California if you can get past the weather down here the South is a great place to be and black people can earn a living here and do well, raise a family. It’s like yeah Los Angeles and New York is off the hook but I can live in Texas or Louisiana do good for myself and visit the West Coast or the East Coast whenever I want!
It was a war we went through,we enjoyed it,we took it how it came, and trust 95-98% of the niccaz they speak of that got sent up,was 1000%ok with that or they would have stayed on the porch.. We all knew what came with it,and was OK with it.. You had to be to be out in the streets after midnight tryna get right back then..it was all on the table.and it was a known fact,if you was getn money, somebody was either hatn or takn....that was every day and every way
@mikee3261 ur not even worth a reply 🤣😂 That dog on my profile picture has more than you,I've never has a health issue 🤡 And I'm in the 50s range and successful, never been a rat,or to prison and I fked the baddest of bishes in my day,and you likely won't make it to the age I'm currently at,because I'm telling u so at this moment.. My advice to you in life: SAYLESS
Dudes who speak like this or better yet talk this way, sound like they never went to school. Streets raised them. It’s too bad the projects all around have a psychological effect in a harmful way that perpetuate criminal behavior. As a kid I grew up with a fear and a false sense of courage to go into some projects like the Desire, St. Bernard, or Iberville. Walked through the Florida project a lot because I was from around there. But you knew what projects were notoriously bad and to avoid
These stories make me miss the old uptown from the Calliope, Magnolia, Melph the whole 3, the st Thomas, 11th wd 12th wd 17th and 13th wasn’t nothing like that uptown energy!
@@khristiansmith1224bruh he talkin bout missing Uptown. Not the 4. He speakin on Uptown wards. If he was speakin on the whole city then you can say every ward is lit
When da homie said he didn't go Holla at birdman until he did sumthin for himself that's the attributes of a stand up guy real men build our own foundation u cant take from us
@@jdc_jblair I know he is I'm talking about the niggas who been saying this and that about him all these years but they ain't never tried to do nun to him so they probably know to

@SICTALK504 say I met you in 2005 you was on birdman bus, I was around trying to get a deal, you ask me what I do I said I rap. I asked you did you rap, you replied naw I'm a H**dB***a 🤣 I still remember that shit, I still be telling people that story, so to see you on the internet 19 years later telling yo story is crazy. Stay up Sick wit it ik you real I felt yo vibe in person.
Gangsta did over 20 years then told. He was not scared to go to do time. That's the difference. Everybody else tell him before they get in the interrogation room because they're afraid to go to the jail. Gangsta served a lot of time. And what dude just said about gangster talkin to the kids if he came out like that I would be fine with it. Give gangsta chance, we've been doing it the other way and it ain't working 💪🏿
You don't know what you doing about Gangsta/Wangsta was telling before he even did 10 years. And REAL GANGSTERS DON'T SNITCH N CRY ABOUT THERE FREEDOM AFTER THEY'VE SHOT PEOPLE KILLED PEOPLE AND ROBBED PEOPLE MADE A NAME FOR IT AND BRAGGED ABOUT IT. REAL GANGSTERS TAKE THERE TIME ITS CALLED ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! FREE C-MURDER life sentence 20years inside and he Not SNITCHING
I see that. A lot of real street guys take that streets code to the grave and forever in prison while ppl who either wasn’t on their same level making bank from their credibility or time in prison so they have no real ability to refute the facts or ppl who wanted what you had now have the chance to not only defame you but become you either way. Most ppl snitch and stay in the streets even in their own hood and ppl either know and fucks with them all the same or just hood hop. Regardless to sit in prison on a code you are upholding by yourself while ppl step on you is a tough pill to swallow. Yes you should uphold that code but to what end do you yourself get the chance to rehab yourself or turn your life around bc a young person with a lot of 💴 or fame doesn’t think it will end or they will get fucked over by the little guys bc they at that time are too big to even see the little guys but the little guys always plotting and scheming bc they have no meal ticket but just like robbers and shooters they lie and wait for their chance to put on a show. Once again, grown men who still have street energy probably wasn’t who they claim in this time of their life. Being in streets doesn’t mean you were somebody and being a street dude doesn’t mean you were super gangsta
@@jeromewilliams8708 that ain't got shit to do with it. Yall be giving rats passes. Look at BG way more stand up than gangsta, the man done did 15 years and never told or cried one time. And still loved. Yall only fanboys and the shit sickening. The nigha a rat.
I forgot what year that was but the melph n mag was going at it for years. The murders got so bad they use to have signs that read thou shall not kill!
What’s funny is I was watching Rob49 on Million Dollaz Worth of Game the other day. Gillie pretty much shouted out Sic. He said “Niggas in New Orleans have nicknames that match what with the person, if a nigga named Sic Wit It better believe he got that name because he’s Sic Wit It” 😆 He shouted out Killa Stone too. I been saying all y’all need to get with these people and get a fuckn 10 season show going. 💰🤑 You Sic, Gangsta, Calliope Chill, and Larell too.
Man I’m waiting on the magnolia shorty stories bc it so much with that people only talk bout her death but when she was here her she helped a lot of rap shit for the hoods
