Love "Be Where Your Feet Are." It resonates more with me than "Be Mindful" because it is so much less abstract to me. Also love the Energy Givers and Energy Drainers. I use similar energy verbiage quite often in my real life to help me clarify what to focus on. Thank you for another awesome video. :)
