There’s a hitbox when Ness charges his up smash. He was stuck in shield stun from the yo-yo, so his shield got broken.

Only works against Yoshi as far as I know, and only on an edge or Ness will be pushed off. Every other character either gets shield poked eventually or has to endure the pressure until the 10th hit to roll away.

Pablo Blo Mr. Saturn has the ability to break shields pretty quick when thrown.

You know, I've never really heard anyone go over how base shulk is as his own character, his pros and cons and the like. They only spend a portion of their analysis on base shulk when, him being the closest thing smash has to a "stance" fighter, the video or post about him should be much longer than the typical character's analysis due to being a complete character without the arts and just how to capitalize on the changes the Arts bring.
