This is definitely 1978 after The Pistols broke up. Sid got his swastika shirt at the last show on the USA tour in January '78

Poor boy. No dad, junkie mum, thrust into the maelstrom by that money grabbing maclaren. I agreed with Lydon, who said Syd should never have been allowed within 30 feet of fame. RIP good boy. Rest in peace u never got in life.
