salam wllo. I think you have to increase your electrolytes intake especially potassium and sodium. And do shorter fast... 14 days ia lot to take on for your body. You only do it once a year maybe. Lastly, try to eat lots of nutritional food when you eat like protein. lots of protein and good fat

Salam sis. I’ve tried rolling 72h but it’s not for me. I find it too hard to maintain in the long term and it also slowed down my metabolism. I’ve noticed that after day 2 I don’t lose much weight and when I eat, I eat too much. So I really like the alternate day fasting method as it helps me lose weight in the long term. If you start eating bad ofcourse you’ll gain it all back. Like any other diet. The key is to change your habits through time. And This is a tool to lose weight not a way of life. And if I continue to intermittent fast everyday like my usual I will be able keep it off.
