Bruce and I take the Commanders on a very cold and snow day trip. There was a nice mix of trails, back woods roads and a few challenging water holes we had to break our way through. We went from midday to well after dark. If you like winter riding, this video is for you.

You guys in Canada are fortunate to be allowed to trail ride in the winter. Here in the states,many trails are only for use by snowmobiles in the winter months.

We have many trails here that we can't use too because they are for snowmobiles only in winter in Nova Scotia. But in New Brunswick and Quebec they have dedicated ATV trails that are even groomed!

nice ride! I have the same heated seats in my 2005 Jeep, an excellent buy. After freezing my butt off today -33, plowing the driveway, it just occurred to me watching your vid, I need to order a pair for my Commander. Duh! What kind of windshield do you have? Thanks a ton. Cheers

I have a Can-Am folding windshield. I think it's basically the same as a Super ATV one for the OG Commander. Heated seats are a fantastic cheap way to keep warm. Thanks for watching, stay warm up there.

We were at pirates Haven in late Aug and seen moosie and your SxS there. We thought that we might see you . We can’t wait to see the video and hear the story.

That was a nice day. I am waiting for the temps to warm up to go for a ride. -36 today . Was -45 . Hopefully hit the low -20s this week so I can head out lol.

@@EastCoastATV -30 is the coldest I would try for a ride. Plastics become brittle and a simple blown belt or flat tire becomes a serious issue in extreme cold. I have a fully enclosed heated cab hd9 defender. Was out in -25 couple weeks ago and was perfectly comfortable. The cab is sealed up well. Huge difference from my old soft cab commander.
