We know vans because we use them and we can see when things are just not quite right or safe/legal to use on the road. Our side mounted ladder uses the factory jacking point of the VW T25/T3/Vanagon and the gutter so no drilling is required. The ladder sits close enough to the vehicle that you are not going to kill a cyclist or pedestrian while driving around town or make yourself too wide to access those tight trails.
Fits low profile on the top edge so you can still use your awning if on that side of the vehicle and will not obstruct your lift up roof or hightop. Our thought out top fastening design also clamps the gutter correctly so the ladder stays in place.
Expertly welded by a qualified professional welder in an engineering workshop, shot blasted, etch primed and powder coated black.
Gallery image shows unfinished prototype fitted on the sliding door side for giggles. The finished item will be for fitment to the side opposite the sliding door. We also include some grip tape, which will stop you from slipping!
