Imo the "good" thing about manon is that they can handle her nerf many ways, first would be to make her have the same revenge as wind mk with no damage block, another is to have the damage block with no revenge, third is to have only reduce damage when it procs (like 30% so that it is significant but not op against non nuker comps), fourth is to leave everything but it doesn't apply on herself so you can nuke her with ignore deff every time

The problem with making a monster like that consistent is that creating the consistency makes it extremely easy to play around. Like if you know that the fifth hit is going to be parried you just intentionally delay using reckless assault. If you're going to do that it would need to be something like moore where it has a cool down I'm so many attacks where it can't be used but then it's back to a random chance again after that and we would be in the same area that you are currently taking issue with so I'm not entirely sure how to balance it in a manner that would make everyone happy. I don't mind the dice roll personally considering the game is already filled with dice rolls with despair and violent and accuracy resistance and harmful effect rates on various skills. To me it's just another part of the game
