This really is great for some purposes. Not having a good place to wash my cooking utensils would be a deal-breaker for more than a month though.

This place is like many places in this price range are former hotels converted to apartments. So the faucet is over the wooden counter is for filling up a pot and you can add a single burner Khmer cooktop for $10 and use the big sink to wash utensils. This place is ideal for single person thats a minimalist and does not require much but enjoys the perks of peace and quiet and a swimming pool and proximity to the city and local markets and food stalls.

You messed up the audio settings. I'm a couple minutes in and audio is only coming in through my right earbud. I thought maybe it was me but the drum roll comes in through both. Also, no problem with other videos on other channels. Edit: Around the 8:56 mark it switches to both earbuds. Thanks for the video.

33:45 we get to the prices. 34:48 we get to the discounted rates for month-long stays and longer. I skipped around to find it and then went back and watched. No point in watching if it's out of your budget. Also, I think there was a bit too much drumroll from Linda before the prices. Sorry, I don't have time to write a whole bunch of nice things surrounding the pointers so this is probably coming across as criticism. I'll just say I think you guys have potential otherwise I wouldn't waste my time making comments.

Agreed but for a minimalist solo traveler it’s a great setup. If you wanted to cook in room either a air fryer or single burner portable stove and you are good to go 🙏🏼 Thanks for watching 😎

Great point. At the time of filming they said 1 kilowatt hour is .25 cents US coin. Water is a couple bucks a month . Please verify with them for current rates. Thank you for your feedback. The water will run $5 or less a month for normal usage. Electric will run 1000 Riel or .25 cents per kilowatt hour. Thank you for watching our videos🙏🏼

So all I got is the price might be less than $200. I'm 16 minutes in and I still don't know the price unless I missed it near the beginning. Edit: Also, not to be rude but a lot of what Linda says requires a bit of a strain for me to understand so i just let it pass without knowing what was said.

We discussed that at the end of the video also have a link in the description for the facility. 150 a month for one to three months. If you sign a year lease, it’s 110 a month.👍

Alot of western residents like this place and choose to live here. Americans French and British folks we met. Very friendly. Didnt see any of the hippie dread locks backpackers as they tend to stay at the boarding houses with shared rooms and toilets.
