I NEED HELP !!! 😢😢😢 I used an S7 300 PLC with a DIGITAL OUTPUT MODULE. I made a very simple program with Q0.0 as an output. I plugged a cable from Q0.0 to DIN1 (terminal 5), P700=2 to enable using terminals, P701=1 to use DIN1 as ON/OFF, P1000=1 for MOP setpoint. The program works, the Q0.0 Led lights up and i tested a 24vDC in terminal 5 STILL !!! the Drive doesn't start 😡.

I found this video and your previous video on 2-wire control very helpful. Have you ever tried to use the drive with an external JOG button? I am struggling to interpret the manual as to how to incorporate an external JOG!

Hi There. How far have you gotten with particular task you are trying to achieve. Have you assigned the jog function to any of the inputs. Manual page 46 onwards?

@@IGSElectronics Hi. I am not sure which input I can assign the jog function to. I may have to forget about trying to incorporate a JOG button and stick with the basic 2-wire configuration.

@@glynbrandon861 Ok, lets se if we can make this work. For the 2 wire control you are using input 1 to go forwards as def, input 2 is set for reverse and input 3 is reset. So if you go to par 703 and change input 3 to 10 for jog forwards or 11 to job backwards, your input 3 will be changed to jog now so you should be good to go. Let me know how it go.

Analog out put 4_20Ma not coming from the inventer to syncroinsn with other to decrease the speed

Hi there. It would be hard for me to pinpoint the problem without having the drive in front of me for this kind of problem. So don't think i be much help to you.
