Siemens PLC Training: Communication Between Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs 

In this video, I show you a block that has opened up new worlds to me as a Siemens programmer. With the CIP client block by Siemens, you can read and write tags from an Allen Bradley PLC and all you need to know is the IP address and exact tag name. While it isn't the easiest block to use, once your system is set up, it provides a straightforward method of communicating between AB and Siemens
