Hello Pete, congrats for your informative explanation, I dont understand why " stop PB" and "E stop" are normally open contacts, should those be normally close so, in case of STOP the logical conection to be cut off?

How can you do the connection with OPC so when box comes to sensor, which then goes to remover, so that numbers how many boxes went in each other line. Kind regards

Is there a way allow the conveyor to move continuously without having to stop and wait for the part in front to get sorted.

Sure. You can just turn it on once you press the Start Push Button. It is an Output, so you can control it as you wish.

there was a mistake on the programing should be the pieces not to stop on the vision sensor, should be the pieces continue to run move.

Hi I have a question not related to this great tube My question is If we have or had print head machine How it drawing I have an idea about the cnc controler and how the axis finished the job I mean what is the software and hardware we need to make the print head drawing and fishing the jop ? Mine is an AC/DC/RL but it doesn't matter what model you are using with the Factory IO

A lot of instructors use this scene as a project for class, so I don't give out copies of this LAD program. I am trying to develop individual videos to cover all the instructions I used so that I don't give everything away, but students still have a good understanding of the base instructions.

yes sir my instructors use this project to teach me and my classmate in class, im stdnts of mechatronics, our instructors give us until tomrrow to solve this project how it work and we still working on it now, btw tq for the rply sir and sory for my english hehe .. :)

hello sir.. I got two major doubts.. help me please.. the first one is I don't understand why you put that "positive one shot triggering block" before start push button and save that in a memory address %M0.3 as you don't use that %M0.3 anywhere in this program.. if you are using that in the sense, where you are using it and how it works ?? and the second one is this.. You pressed the stop push button and start push button while the process is going on, at that time the box has got dropped down.. after that you changed the program little bit and that works too.. i want to know what you did and how that works for you ??. thank you in advance sir..

I didn't need to use that one shot positive edge, I used it from a previous program. The one shot just allows me to use the start pb to cycle through various steps if I wish to in Manual Mode. I have learned since doing this video that there is a setting in TIA Portal that allows you to maintain the status of bits once power is lost... but I don't think I finished this program to deal with having the parts cleared even if someone hits the stop pb
