Brian, I found you while searching for reviews of the Sienci Longmill. Thank you for your honest review.

I started off with a Laser engraver and have had quite a bit of success with. Then I had a friend sell me his already assembled Bob's CNC. I am very happy with all my purchases, and I have learned so much from watching RU-vid videos. This was a very informative review, and followed along nicely! Thanks

Thank you, I loved this and I really like that you are a real person. The line at the beginning had me rolling.. "maybe you want to haul sheet goods.. Then you prob don't want a motorcycle.. well maybe you do, I am not judging" I love the sense of humor

I absolutely LOVE my Seinci longmill 48x30 !!! I also bought the laser for it but have not even opened it yet. I just purchased a Thunder Laser 51 for serious laser work. I have been using the OTUR pro 3 diode laser for about 6 months and it has been a workhorse although it is a lot slower than a co2 laser thus the purchase of the Thunder Laser. no complaints on the longmill, it does everything I ask of it.

Been agonizing over my decision as to what to order and I keep coming back to Sienci. At the price point and the complete solution with great community it seems to be the right choice for a first timer like myself. I have not seen a bad review. I also like supporting these young guys and their initiative in building this company. The only thing I wish there was an option for would be a spindle as I am worried about the noise. Knowing you would go back to the same company speaks volumes.

I went through the same back and forth on which CNC I should get as well and I haven't regretted my decision even for a second. I occasionally think I'd prefer a spindle more for the remote control than noise but the router has done everything I've asked of it so no need to change for my purposes. Normal router noise isn't a new thing for my work. Could always build an enclosure to dampen it a bit of it was an issue.

Really appreciate this helpful video. I enjoy watching videos like yours. I'm thinking about purchasing a CNC and like to ask a couple questions. First what are your suggestions as far as add ons and what software would you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike

I use a harbor freight Bauer router on mine.works great. I just bought a plasma cutter. I am going to try and use it on my Longmill.

I like the idea of putting a plasma cutter on it but for me it falls in the same category as fitting it with a laser - I use my CNC router for too many things not to have a dedicated machine for it.

@@prosperwoodworks7366 Yea, Almost Everyone I do a job for with the router say “Let me know when you start doing these in metal” I was looking at the CrossfirePro. I just can’t drop another $3000.00 right now. So I am going to give it a try with the LONGMILL.

Hello and good day to you, 80 year old trying to learn CNC. Been researching for about a year. Scratchbuilt a 3018 style machine just to see if I could do it. Having limited results but learning. Most problems I'm having is the Post Processor quits connecting after several uses. Something I'm doing wrong but haven"t figured it out yet. Anyway I've pretty much settled on the MK2 30x30. Which router do you recommend? I know they recommend the Makita but I've read some bad reviews on the spindle lock and collet breaking. I'm leaning towards the DeWalt also how about some insight on the dust extraction and especially the static electricity problem you touched on? Sounds like something I should plan ahead for. I'm building a room in my workshop for it now with the Longmill dimensions as my guide. Thanks for any insight you can offer.

Hello sir, which router did you end up going with for your CNC? Did you go with the Makita, Dewalt or something else?
