What is most important is to fond out and eliminate the situations that lead youth to take such a drug. No doubt they would have heard by now of its nature but something about their lives, like poverty or lack of work, push them in the direction.

The Taliban sent their addicts into cold turkey. No medical help, just prison time. In my canadian indigenous village we have the same problems with these addicts. We wasted 17 years trying to help them...many are still addicted.
