The PH never made such promise to remove the ship. PH and China never had that agreement so stop lying. If PH remove that ship then China would definitely militarized the island just like what happened to Scarborough Shoal. There was a stranded ship there namely BRP Benguet. China requested to PH to remove the ship so PH removed it. After that, China militarized and claimed the islands. PH made a wrong decision of removing the ship. PH will never do that again.

There should be teams of convicts sent there on the ship to do some sanding, rust removal, welding and repainting activity on the ship to help restore most of its metal exposed to the elements..im sure we can restore at least 80 percent of its dilapidated aesthetics in a year or two!
