The whole season I could relate so much to what Juliette was going through. She is beautiful inside and out and deserves to move on an be happy. I know the feeling so well of not being able to be with someone but also not being able to be without them. I think Alex really does have narcissistic issues and it hurts to see him pushing her buttons and really treating her badly. What really helped me is to stop the contact once and for all or else "my Alex" would still try to contact me all the time and try to get me back into a place no one should ever be in! If you are currently in a situation like that just know it will get easier once you delete them from your life once and for all and remember you deserve the very best!
