Can you run the pistol without the red dot? If you remove it does it have cover plate to instal in the gap like Glock and M*P. I've done a couple of videos on this if pistol and it's one of my favourites, although, i dont have the RX version
This pistol can be run without the red dot, but this particular model did not come with a plate cover. I bought it with the Romeo1 already attached from the manufacturer.
@@jeremyminter1283 Thank you!! i'm trying to mill my Legion and they told me that if they mill it i HAVE to leave the RMR on because the firing pin spring will be exposed. I'm wondering if you buy the "RX" models from SIG if they've addressed the exposed spring. Awesome gun either way.
Elvis Martinez I unfortunately do not know the answer to that. The magazine holds more than 10 rounds, so that would present one issue. I know things are more strict in CA, but I do not know how that would apply to this gun.
surfinDelMar -- Romeo1 came on mine from the factory. I highly recommend it! Crazy how much it helps. Really speeds up your rounds on target. Takes guess work out of it.
Jeremy Minter Seems to be the consensus but I wanted to hear from someone with no incentives. I have to buy a new slide from Sig that is milled out but think I can recoup most of that cost by selling mine. Seems like a great accessory to help your shooting and tighten your groups.
