This house looks like a more normal one unlike the crazy ones shown on barstool. Notice the fucked up ceilings, chipped paint, dirty carpet and rooms full of plywood addons. And this is still a pretty nice house in the scheme of things. Living in a fraternity is cool in a lot of ways, but it's also like paying for a really nice apartment but getting a room at the motel 6 in skid row....
Depends on where you go tbh. Some schools have rules / standards to uphold and such. Also a lot of schools have off campus fraternities / sororities that were kicked off campus, but still run on an off campus greek row. Those that are kicked off are usually the sloppier ones.
i like that housing demographic diverse and theyre so well spoken. i didnt know they get promoted as year goes on and get privacy and their own room, wow so good and so intelligent how they do things and run things. not concerned about socializing but into their studies . thank you! much love.
Why do sororities have big beautiful mansions and everything is so well kept and luxurious and then the whole 3 frat house tours I can find all look like old unkept hostels?
I was just thinking that. But the sorority videos I watch never mention parking. The guys rooms in this video are really big! Each have a couch to game on.
