@@bcuzz nope. I am able to use their app without an issue. I am personally using it and so far it somehow performs better than M1 in terms of coverage but speed is a hit and miss. Would definitely recommend getting their service.
Hi Adrian. The video is extremely useful. Thank you so much. I have a question which I can't find anywhere in the web. Not even in simba Q&A. Do we get notification from simba about bill payment. If yes, through what mode? Sms, email or others and is there any due date for bill payment like any other major telco in Singapore? Thank you.
You have no issue DOES NOT mean that it DOES NOT happen. Well it happens to me and till today there is no single response despite the auto email response saying that they will look into this matter. What kind of Customer Service?
TPG has to be the worse Telco on the market. Disrespectful, argumentative employees that do not care about customers even if you're long term. There needs to be laws introduced to penalise telcos and their billionaire founders who create such a back to front Telco system and one that does not respect a customer.
I guess that's the con of using the cheapest plan in the market.. I notice alot of no contract plan by new service provider, anyone tried Changi Mobile?
@Steven Soo I dont suggest u getting Changi Mobile as it is running M1 line and I realized coming years M1 reception is coming worst. I have both TPG Simba and Singtel Gomo now as I just ported over my M1 Sim card to Singtel Gomo and I have almost coverage everywhere including 5G. One thing I noticed about TPG Simba is that it has lower ping than M1 and I am able to receive coverage in areas I go in most cases and it somehow outperformed M1. However, the speed on TPG Simba is slower than M1 but it does not affect me as I had totally no issue throughout my usage. For Singtel, I have no comments as it is one of the most expensive sim operator and also the best coverage as checked on third party apps but not for their wifi.
