If hoyo really want to revive signora and make all the harbingers playable then there must be a plot where the traveler and the harbingers have a mutual feeling because all the playable character have nothing against the traveler...The example is Ei and Sara..after we help them the feeling is mutual so now they can be playable...The same for Childe... First, we beat him which earns his respect, and then helping him cover all his fatui work from his little brother built the mutual feeling and make the character playable
I think the mutual feeling is their hatred for Celestia and the heavenly principles. Traveler might agree with what they’re doing but not how they’re doing it. They’re not fond of each other, but they’re not enemies and they are willing to work together.
I think that the traveler will end up having the same sentiment towards Celestia, as I think the Fatui are in the right in terms of ideals, their problem is how they have no problem harming innocent people in order to achieve their goals If the plot of snezhnaya is convincing the Tsaritsa that the fatui don’t have to be inhumane to defeat Celestia, and she finally starts valuing human life and reforms the fatui, I could even see the traveler becoming the 12th harbinger, which honestly…. Would be the coolest shit ever (Isn’t 11 kind of an awkward number when 12 usually is more common and symbolic? Or does the number 11 mean something? I might be ignorant about it so if anyone knows please correct me) Edit: what I mean is that if 11 doesn’t mean anything, it might be setting up a 12th member in the future

Here’s my theory about Baizhu and Pantalone. I’m guessing they are in fact brothers, but Baizhu got a vision while Pantalone did not. This caused Pantalone to develop an intense hatred for Baizhu and the gods. Just a theory though.
possibly though its not mentioned(nor is there any clue) that she does that in the teyvat travel guide, other speculations also argue that sandrone looks similar to the katherne bots. Maybe Alice played a role in helping sandrone to put them all over teyvat as i previously said that she travels and knows a lot of the other nations.

4:25 Actually Capitano meant that her methods tarnished honor, her methods would be abusing her agents, for now she is the only harbinger who frequently would beat up her agents and even kill them at times(Younger Dottore as well but he has a reason). Capitano and the other harbingers probably found some kind of disgust in that. He still acknowledges her sacrifice but he is willing to move on(unless the “liar” thing you mentioned applies here aha)
Mypersonal favourite is Pulcinella because he was the only one who i actually saw that he looked sad about Signoras death, I know that they talk about something and based on that you can tell if they actually care or not but he was the only one who had it written on his face, cant wait to get him as playable character
I do not think Pierro is not the one who moves the Knight on the chess board, the Tsaritsa does (you can the the chill on the piece as it moves). In addition I believe she is the one who is at the head of the table (coffin actually) when we look at all the harbingers gathered there to pay their respects (Pierro standing at the far end). What is not clear to me is if the Tsaritsa is in love with Pierro since she is letting him do things however he sees fit and if her goals are being accomplished by the Fatuus, or is it really Pierro's goals to burn down the entirety of the old world? I just cant see the Tsaritsa signing off on that unless there was no other way to save the people of this world. --- Anyway, good video!
So far I don't see none of the Harbingers joining the Traveller, except for Tartaglia, Scaramouche and Arleccino. They don't have to get along, only have similar goals to work together. On my opinion, La Signora won't return on the flesh, maybe we will see how her death will affect the organization --- as we see on the Fatui Agents's dialogue. Another thing to point about Tartaglia's voiceline. On the CN, the word is "strenght" is something more than just physical powress or fighting skill --- it's reffering about political control, economic, intelligence, charisma, skills and any unique talents.
no, the word is also used for strength, and due to the context being around duelling its safe to assume they are talking about strength since there are better words/phrases in CN to express the subjects you've mentioned, the way I see it is that if that specific character is a fighter, rank directly correlates with strength, so we know childe is still the weakest harbinger out of those that fight
lazzo is a joke in comedia del'arte, look up revival lazzo or the undead lazzo, besides that the choir in the winter night lazzo video says "no-va-ro-sa" and "nova-rosa" which translated from latin means a new rose (name [rosa]lyne originates from the latin word for roses [rosa] and shes got rose motives in her hair) so i think they are telling us that we will soon see new rosalyne.

The only discrepancy is ‘your final resting place’ actually translates to ‘your coffin’ (灵柩), this may have sparked confusion that Pierro was hinting Rosalyne was not done yet, but I think they just mean the whole ‘old world’ will be going down with La Signora. So unfortunately, Signora being alive is a whole lot of copium.
