Anger is actually a step toward finding peace. Read the book Letting go: the pathway of surrender. You can find peace in the fact that you didn’t just roll over. Anger is normal behaviour and trying to skip that step can lead to more trauma.
Lani babe I wanna say that first of all I’m from Denmark, and I found u on Instagram from the very first time and then saw u on bkchat and I fell in love with u, I fell in love with ur vibe, personality, look everything, I didn’t know a thing about ur situation with that guy. Lani really intrigues me, she’s an utter nutcase. But I’m intrigued by her transition bcoz it’s not the first time I’ve heard her say she used to be shy. I’m the shyest of shys, the only shy in the village and that really speaks volumes to me. Again, I just wish she wasn’t mad. I hope this is going to be a really introspective interview. If not I know Wunmi Bello will do the job (assuming she hasn’t already interviewed Lani). Side note: When people are saying they think others hate them, especially when there’s no evidence to support such claim, you’re really projecting your self-hate/dislike and I believe this exaggerated persona of Lani’s is to safe guard her from feeling ppl hate her. Her persona is a defence mechanism in my opinion, if you put forward a different version of yourself nobody really knows you and that way you stop caring that people hate you bcoz you know they don’t know the real you enough to hate you you. Just my opinion, we as people really need to learn vulnerability and self compassion if we truly want to heal.
Yh Lani is one calculated person. I wouldn’t be surprised if she turned on the water works at the end because she knows where it’ll end up… shadeborough. Grandiosity, vindictiveness, attention seeking. All recipes for one thing… And I was very right about her self hatred… She needs help my g’s. The positive is, I think Lani is going to change the trajectory of the game, a lot more ppl/youtubers are going to follow her footsteps after this and it won’t be long before UK starts mirroring what we see in US media. I guess we can call her a game changer.

I see that she gets a lot of hate but she definitely has a lot of supporters especially out here in the US I love seeing her growth and where she’s going and when she’s on top everybody’s going to come back crawling
One method I have encountered is that a superficiality charming narcissist will work their way into their target's friend group , and then ruin their reputation with false accusations before getting bored of that group a few months after the damage has been done and they have made sure that the damage is locked down and their target is a social pariah who will never be able to return to that group. A socially isolated target is a perfect for a narcissist looking to establish milieu control to facilitate other forms of abuse that would be difficult to perform if their target has a social support structure of friends.
