In this video, we will talk about 5 signs of iron deficiency and 5 foods to include. In your diet to boost your iron intake. Iron deficiency is very common in females and can present with multiple signs and symptoms. In this video I will try to understand those signs and symptoms so that we don't suffer from iron deficiency.

Omg I had no idea the restless leg problem had to do with iron. Restless leg is awful at night while you’re trying to sleep. I just had an iron infusion the other day, made me really sick and I’m still recovering :( try to eat iron rich foods before you have to get an infusion!!! It made me so sick Thanks for the info!

Hi how R u now… did you recover completely… i am facing lot of issues and found out that i am having low iron around 30.. and my ferritin is very very low around 3 .. I have taken iron injection 2days before but still feeling bad and leds energetic and faint feeling

Mainly Jaggery Spinach Sesame laddus. Especially during or after periods. Every vegetable and fruit that turns dark when cut and kept in open has iron in it.

I’d looking less into consuming more iron, but consuming more copper. Most people will only need around 1-2mg of iron per day (the body recycles 95% of your iron) but what you do need to get iron and oxygen to the cells in copper. Iron is fortified in virtually all our food no one eats too little iron but copper has dropped significantly and iron can’t work without it giving you the impression of an iron deficiency

Great advice except for the "fortified cereals" they are FRANKENFOOD and all GMO grains and corn and the seed oils that they are processed with should be completely eliminated from the food list. Thank you.❤
