Mi car's blend door is stuck on the heat position but heat I'm getting is warm only.

Is there a rubber insulator on the sides of the door? I have something like grease that has broken down from the heat. Is this a rubber insulator so that the door can be closed perfectly? How do I replace it? Or is there an alternative to solve this problem?

My car has heat coming though vents and is not turned on at all why some one help me i spent $229.00 drove off from shop that say he put actuator on my car and 4 minutes car was on fire it seemed again inside he did nothing about it he just lied
