This video is very informational! Most heart disease cases are often undetected on early stages, thus this video can very much help people be aware of the sings and symptoms that one can experience. It also educates the viewers those who are at risk. Just like in reviving mind, we tackle and raise awareness on different diseases so people our age are also aware and be more cautious of their health.

They are spreading Anxiety to people by these type of videos ...... people please stop watching these type of videos or you'll get anxiety or panic disorder. Please don't be health conscious you all guys are fine , and it feels heart palpitation (chest discomfort, shortness of breath, dizzy ,faint may be feel like dying or lossing consciousness, etc) after exercise or even without exercise due to stress, depression, worries, fears and even stomach gases. You can see people lives healthy and tensions free life in villages without internet and technologies. So Please trust on your body because it heals it self okay and don't watch any disease symptoms or you'll feel it because it's all the game of your "SUBCONSCIOUS" mind 🙂

Right. Prayer brought myothernlutbofva coma at age 84 and he lived for another five years! I touched her hand and told her to wake up and two days later she was sitting up reading from a magazine? After that she deteriorated. It was a miracle. We prayed for her in church, in the Bible Study and in the Prayer Group in the Sally Ann temple where I went.

Other than having PTSD, insomnia, epilepsy and having a highly physical demanding job, my oldest brother died of a born heart disease at age 32 and my mom died of coronary artery clot at 44, when i was 17. Now i'm turning 33 and have been having irregular heart beats, with arm, jaw, hand tingle/numb or cold and sudden feelings in my chest like something just went missing. Like a sinking void feeling and a few moments of either dizziness or ear ringing with shortness of breath.

I’ve had a heart disease for 11 years but I go to my doctor every six months for check up and they said it it’s not that bad but I might need a surgery in my leg for it I all really had my first surgery

I have diabetes, high blood pressure since my last child birth 20 years ago, diastolic disfunction, hs, alkaptonria, bone spurs throughout all my body joints, osteoarthritis, kidney stones, stage 2 kidney failure, csf leak, and now lupus. I had my knee, shoulder and hip replaced in the last 6 months, stage 2 lymphedema, and gout, diabetic neuropathy, 3 different kinds of hernias from after getting flesh eating bacteria after a hysterectomy (endometrian cancer) with 22 incision and drains, I know I need a total abdominal reconstruction surgery, but I have to be healthy enough to do so... All the above diseases I was mis-diagnosed with. I had to push and push to get my drs to listen to me. Since my shoulder surgery I have been running a low grade fever, a congested cough getting worse, passing another kidney stone, and breaking out in cold sweat, I put off every day go to the er because of my history of drs never listening to me, but after watching this video I guess I really got to go in, I rather have the test and be safe than have a heart attack. Im only 52, but I didnt have health care for a long time while being married to an abusive husband, I divorced a year ago and been handling each illness one at a time, its exhausting!

Can you make a video perhaps, if you like, about the difference between GERD and heart disease and/or if one has discomfort below the sternum from GERD - if that is probably the GERD acting up more, or maybe even a heart attack?

I used to eat all the worst foods like anything, fried, donuts, burgers, and ice first cream, all that stuff clogged my arteries and I wound up otto getting a triple bypass at 55 I learned a lot of lessons about eating well and exercising.

I blend raw garlic the whole bub I add water and I blend it. I add a whole lot of honey. I put the mixture in a water bottle and shake all of the mixture together. I drink it down through out the day.

We need to replace the heart honestly. It might be the strongest muscle, but for it to work non stop is a flaw no matter how you put it. We're so close to having an artificial heart that will last for a long time. Hopefully it is in this century!

I ran out of my GERD medication and at this emergency shelter where I picked up the Covid-19 virus I got a larger dose (from a doctor there) of 40mg per day. I'd ran out of my 20mg GERD med (per day). Sometime during when I had the Covid my GERD discomfort got worse (on and off). Now I'm over the virus but I'm still having more discomfort for at least 3 weeks now (worse than it use to be) below my sternum and going to the left but some to the right also. Could it be my heart or is it most probably the GERD?

In the last couple years I been getting a sharp pain under the heart area. I did mentioned to my doctor so she booked me into the hospital to get my heart ❤️ checked out, they did the tests and found nothing.. now and again I still get the sharp pain.. it very frustrating.. I do have high blood pressure but I'm on daily pills.

What is the likelihood that I have some form of heart disease? I have family history, but have a good weight, am active and my blood pressure is good... When my Dr. listened to my heart with a stethoscope, she said it sounded good. I don't smoke, am 58 years old, but at times have had palpitations and a tightness in my chest. Shortness in breath : you can only take short breaths because it hurts to take a deep breath. After a few minutes you can take a normal breath but it hurts to take deep breaths - I know because this happened to me

i have GERD and it triggered my anxiety it could be the same as me. i was rushing to the emergency room over 10 times in the past 2 years. i definitely though i was gonna have a heart attack! but doctors check and i was okey. since i started to change my diet its helped alot but im still having some chest pain GERD lightheaded and anxiety.

I have trouble breathing. As I can’t breathe very well, something is blocking my breathing. And my heart beat so fast and sometimes beating hard. I feel a little pain in my arms. And when I touch my left chest it seems to be inflate than my right chest. When my heart beat so fast I feel like I'm going to pass out. My hand is shaking. My head was heavy, needle like a pain sensation and I couldn’t concentrate or relax on my own. I get scared when it happens to me. I'm still not getting a check up because of covid. Btw, let me tell you some of my problem. When I sit down I can't breathe properly I have to adjust my body to breathe. Also I can feel my palpation when I stabilize my body. My palpation will be fast then slow and I also feel like I have stopped my heartbeat. Sometimes I feel chest pain in my ribs or maybe my heart. I’m a pretty fat 19 year old man. I don’t know why I’m getting these symptoms. My symptoms showed up last August and to this day I am still worried about my health problem. I googled about my health problem and I was scared when I found out about it. Perhaps I am having heart enlargement/ blockage or heart failure. Btw, I forgot to say it. I don’t feel chest tightness and sometimes my chest gets a slight sensation of pain in just a few seconds. My only problem was that I was breathing with something blocking my breathing. I don’t know what exactly caused it.

NOT RECOMMENDED. This fellow is merely stating the party line since NOT fats but high sugars/carbs causes diabetes, obesity and high BAD LDL are issues. Diabetes also 'causes' all the other symptoms. His approach kills lots of people every year but he hasn't noticed.
